Use your degree and become a leader in your field
If you already have a degree, you can advance your current profession and apply your tertiary qualifications part time as a Graduate Reserve.

You'll be paid to train and on completion of your Initial Military Training and Initial Employment Training, you’ll earn a tax-free daily rate of at least:

The pay you receive in the Army Reserve goes straight into your pocket with no deductions for tax.

As a part-time Army Accountant, you’ll provide financial, technical advice to the Army to ensure compliance to financial policy. You’ll also supervise the collection of resource and financial management information for further analysis and reporting.

In this fulfilling role, you’ll work in a unique environment managing the Army’s complex financial affairs. You could perform a range of functions from providing advice, governance of financial transactions, preparing budgets, contract management and managing audits in a unit, Brigade Headquarters or senior headquarters.

Apply your financial management skills to fulfilling new challenges, operating part-time in a multi-dimensional environment providing financial advice to commanders.
